Latest polls indicate Biden’s popularity is low.
Lower than even his predecessor’s.
There are reasons for that.
Some perhaps unfair.
But, as a Zen proverb says:
“To those who do not understand, things are as they are.
To those who understand, things are as they are.”
It seems to matter not.
If a rematch for POTUS were held today, Biden might lose, about 42% to 44% to Trump.
Biden probably has the toughest job in the world.
If not the toughest, certainly among the toughest.
I cannot think of another that comes close.
As the popular 1983 pop song “Every Breath You Take,” by the group Sting and the Police, put it, in different context: “Every move you make… every step you take… I’ll be watching you.”
The POTUS’s actions, his inactions, are all highly visible.
And scrutinized.
Many things seem to have gone wrong for Biden.
