Latest news release in the ongoing saga of Joe Biden winning the popular vote by 5M. Estimates of his Electoral College vote (to be held December 14): 290. 270 are needed to win. Donald Trump refuses to concede.

One line in the news item caught my eye: “The Times (NY) sources stressed that though Trump had asked about the plan, he did not seem to entertain it seriously.”
What plan?
The plan to replace electors with Trump loyalists, so he could bypass the will of the people and win the Presidential election.
I think it entirely possible that the above line is a red herring, designed to assuage concern. The writers of the article may not even know they are being complicit. So much the better.
