The Optics of January 6

Optics (one definition): the way in which an event of course of action is perceived by the public.

What really happened on January 6, 2021, when a mob of insurrectionists attacked the Capitol after being encouraged by the former POTUS, intent on overturning the legitimate outcome of the recent Presidential election by preventing the certification of the electoral vote by Congress, is beginning to trickle in.
