No U. S. President has ever been impeached twice. Donald Trump could be an exception.

The reason for contemplating a 2nd impeachment, the outcome of which is likely predictable, is Trump’s refusal to concede a recent Presidential election that his opponent, Joe Biden, fairly won.
Not only did Biden win the popular vote by more than 4M, he ostensibly won the Electoral College 290:214. The final tally is not in, but few, including some erstwhile Trump supporters, expect the outcome to be different.
What is now happening is a refusal to cooperate in the transition process.
