This may be a reasonable time to make a distinction between various data.
Information is considered true and scientifically valid. That which students are taught in school in a variety of subjects.
Example:
Information: the Earth is not flat.
The difference between misinformation and disinformation is a matter of intent.
Misinformation is false, but the conveyor of such did not have malicious intent or necessarily know it was not true.
Disinformation is untrue and conveyed with malicious intent, to deliberately distort and confuse and cause potential wrong action. Propaganda falls within this category.

At one time, many people believed the Earth to be flat. Ships that sailed beyond the horizon risked falling off Earth, never to be heard from again. Sailors boarded such ships with trepidation.
Despite over two millennia of scientific consensus and photos taken from space showing Earth to be round, there are yet Flat Earth Societies. Pseudoscientific, they date from the middle of the 20th century and occupy countries such as the USA, Canada and Italy. Some adherents…
