If Donald Trump had won the 2020 Presidential election I would not be writing this.
As I recall a ditty from elementary school days:
“3 wise men from Goshen
Went to sea in a bowl.
And if the bowl had been stronger,
My story would have been longer.”
The world is full of “what ifs.”
John Greenleaf Whittier wrote, in his 1856 poem “Maud Muller”:
“Of all sad words of tongue or pen
The saddest are these: ‘It might have been.’”
Ira Levin (1929–2007), creative American novelist, imagined what might have happened had some nefarious people tried to produce another Adolf Hitler in his popular 1976 “The Boys from Brazil.”
With good fortune, that scenario apparently only unfolded in Levin’s imagination.
Similar such topics abound in the fields of fiction books and films.
Georgia has a population of 10.6M (2019 census) and 7.6M voters. 79% are Christian.
